FAQ - Returns, Customization etc
Where do you ship from? All of our products are printed and ship from the USA. In cases of some specialty products we do have manufacturing partners in Canada, Europe and Australia that we will use to reduce carbon emission and transit times
What is the shipping time? As all of our products are made to order our average turnaround time is 3-5 Business days with some (blankets, framed art etc) taking up to 10 days due to the process of sewing/constructing after printing. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is completed via the email left at time of purchase.
Do you take returns? At this time, no. All of our products are made to order so unless something arrives damaged or incorrect we are not able to take returns.
My package is lost in the mail! Please reach out to us via email or on Instagram for quicker support and we will help track it down or replace it.
This isn't what I ordered. Reach out to us thru email, messages or on Instagram @luvandsocial and we will make it right-right away.
My item arranged damaged. Please send us photos of packaging, front and back of item and contact us via email, messages or Instagram @luvandsocial and we will get it replaced or refunded ASAP!
